Booking & Check-In

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in: 14.00pm

Check out: 10.00am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

All guests are required to provide Photo ID that matches the guest name on the booking along with credit card details on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. We will pre authorize $200 from your credit card which will be given back you to ten days after only if there is no damage or breakage in your room. DEBIT CREDIT CARDS are NOT accepted as a credit card. If a credit card is not provided AUS $200 cash deposit will be required, in which case the apartment will be checked by Management at check out, before the cash deposit is given back to guest.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes we offer after hours checkin facility.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

The late check out without any extra charge is at 11:00 am and must be notified at the reception at the time of check in. Late Check outs cannot be guaranteed and are subject to housekeeping schedules

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

To confirm a booking, the amount of 1 night's accommodation has to be paid as a deposit, 3 days prior to the arrival date. The outstanding balance of accommodation is to be paid in full on arrival. Failure to do so might result in your reservation being cancelled.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday- Friday: 8am- 8pm

Saturday- Sunday: 8am-4pm

Facilities in the Studio and One Bedrooms:

Q: Is there car parking available?

Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability. To
reserve a space, please contact the property 48 hours in advance, using the

contact details found on the booking confirmation. Car parking is available at the cost of $35 per night

Yes, All linen is provided

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Weekly Service – Occurs once, only during 7+ night stay and every week thereafter and includes the replenishing of linen and restocking amenities.

Daily Service – Available at added cost per service.

Q: Do you have a swimming pool?

Sorry no, we don’t have swimming pool
